Nutrition & Meal Plan Optimized for the Workout Plan

I’ve designed the nutrition plan to be fun and have a lot of variety, just like the online workouts! The nutritional plan can b e followed exactly as provided, it can also be a good foundation for an individual to build off of if you have certain needs, whether that may be adding meat substitutes as provided in some of the recipes, or adjusting calories or macros to fit specific needs. The nutrition program is currently about 1500 - 1800 +/- calories. It can be customized as needed to fit personal fitness goals whether you want to lose weight, tone your body or burn more fat. The online program provides meals Monday-Friday. For weekends, you can either repeat your favorite meals from the week, or you can prepare other meals that fit your needs. On Friday, I post the entire meal plan for the upcoming week so you can plan for the week ahead. I will also post the grocery shopping list so that you can shop for what you need over the weekend.


Workouts are available online so you can access them anywhere, from any device.
