Get outside and find a bench! That's all you need for this fun Friday circuit! If you want a challenge do all these exercise as a circuit 60 seconds on 20 second rest! You can add in a few of these to your gym workout by using a bench at the gym! It doesn't matter where you are fitness is everywhere!...
